- Nicos, Rio and Amarice arrive in Lartan's Cross.
- Rio travels to see her mother, Elicia to try and explain what
has happened to Amarice.
- Nicos takes Amarice to Porkin's Mound - one of the safe houses
given to the Chosen of Narramac by Lucien long ago.

Cross:
- Rio returns to Porkin's Mound and reveals Elicia is will in
to meet with Amarice, but is understandably freaked out by the
fact he is now a werecreature and a vampire.
- Amarice departs to Elicia's new home.

Forest:
- Arvan arrives at the forest glade where the druidic moot is
traditionally held.
- Some druids have already arrived, including the centaur Archdruid
Haskar, but there is no sign of Morgase, Parvan or Arvan's mother,
Sendress.

Cross:
- Amarice returns from meeting with his wife. He determines that
he will never be able to regain his previous life until he has
found a cure to the twin curses that run through his veins.
- Nicos understands, but volunteers to make Amarice a device that
casts balance of the six humours upon him.
- Amarice agrees to delay his departure while Nicos does this.
Caladay, 18 Midwinter 204 LE

Cross:
- Using his hat of disguise, Nicos ventures into Elicia's estate
just outside Lartan Cross. He explains his need to Rio's mother
who agrees to find the resources necessary to create the item
for Amarice.
- Nicos meets Alicia Shai'ir's child and decides it is time to
settle down.
- For the first time, he seriously talks to Rio about marriage.
Rio loves Nicos, and she has finally left the persona of Wren
far behind her. However, she senses that Nicos has a great many
things left undone in his life. She believes that the elves will
call upon him again. Now is not the time for marriage.

- Nicos labours all day to create a magical device for Amarice
Shai'ir.
- In doing so he realises that his powers as a cleric have grown
to the next level. But where can he find someone to teach him
new and more powerful spells?

Cross:
- Amarice Shai'ir leaves the safety of Porkin's Mound with the
magic item Nicos has created.
- It is his intention to travel back to Gelpar and seek Raza's
help in removing his curse.
Terday, 23 Midwinter 204 LE

Cross:
- After several days planning, Nicos states his intention to break
into the House of Cinders (the largest temple to Calafax in Lartan
Cross) and steal the written record for spells of the fifth circle.
He will then teach himself from the scroll.
- Rio agrees to help, but warns against involving her mother in
case she is discovered.
- She and Nicos spend the evening going over Nicos's plan. Rio
thoroughly ammends it.
Zephday, 24 Midwinter 204 LE

Cross:
- It is the night before the full moon of Calafax, and the Winter
Solstice - an important festival in the town.
- Nicos and Rio break into the House of Cinders. Nicos disguises
himself as First Flame Sojor Goodie in order to gain access to
the scrolls. This plan falls down when he bumps into the real
Sojur Goodie.
- Demonstrating incredible luck, Nicos has the real First Flame
arrested as an imposter. This buys him the time he needs to find
the scrolls and flee the temple.
- By the time Sojur Goodie is released from his own dungeon, Nicos
and Rio are safely at Porkin's Mound.
Caladay, 25 Midwinter 204 LE

Forest:
- It is the day of the Winter Solstice and time for the seasonal
Druidic Moot.
- Great Druid Morgase Esseni arrives in the Úngorn on this
day with most members of the Inner Circle (including Parvan).
Sendress also arrives. However, Jelanie is nowhere to be seen.
- Arvan is pleased to see that many more druids have joined the
Order following the Battle of Harton Moor, but they are young
and inexperienced. A great deal of time is given over to their
Initiation Ceremony.
- Arvan speaks to the Inner Circle at length. Once more he is
once more the bearer of dire portents and tells them of the threat
of the werecreatures and the changelings.
- Arvan tells the order than Aldric Kurst manipulated them into
finding the Horn of Deliverance. He revealed the means to defeat
Sarakite just as he revealed the means to defeat Mínaris.
He should be considered a dire threat.
- Arvan suggests locating Methusaleh de Chesiré for more
information, but the druid has not returned to Norandor.
- Talk then turns to Jelanie. Despite the fact she left for Eldagaire
in Baretwig (almost six months ago) she has not been heard from.
She has not returned and no message has been sent. This is extremely
worrying.
- All scrying attempts to find Jelanie and her entourage have
failed.

Forest:
- The druidic moot continues with further discussions and initiations.
- Arvan insists that Karatath is a big a threat as ever, but some
members of the Inner Circle want to use this lull to rebuild and
restrengthen themselves.
- Morgase reveals she has been in contact with the Shadow Circle
in hopes of uniting or at least working with them.
Morday, 27 Midwinter 204 LE
Iourn > Northern World > Urova > Norandor > Úngorn
Forest:
- The inner circle is addressed by Tobias Forester, one of the
most powerful and accomplished druids in Norandor whose personal
power may exceed Esseni's. Tobias is a veteran of the Battle of
Harton Moor and well respected, although he refused a place on
the Inner Circle at the last moot.
- Tobias speaks in support of Arvan and agrees that Karatath is
the greatest threat to the Order. However, he cautioned against
ignoring problems closer to home. Karatath is far from the only
danger Norandor faces.
- Arvan volunteers to gather more intelligence about Karatath.
He intends to investigate every site with connection to Karatath
in Norandor and feed that information to the Order.
- Arvan speaks of the ruined keep half a day from Windslá
that was encountered back on 28 Lollmeadow. It was profoundly
evil and Tular warned the party from entering it. What are the
origins of this place?
- Morgase tells Arvan that the keep and the evil that it contains
predates the war with Karatath, and she doubts anyone living would
know what it was or the evil it contained.
Iourn > Northern World > Urova > Genbasson > Gelpar:
- Druid Gylfi of the Genbassi circle has an audience with Raza
to inform him of the what happened at the recent druidic moot
in Genbasson.
- Gylfi reveals that the druids of Genbasson will not aid him
against the lycanthropes. The druids believe in balance, and as
far as they can see Enoch's attack on Salmaynak is balancing out
the centuries of Salmayan persecution his people have endured.
- Gylfi says that the Great Druid considers the rise of the evil
of Karatath a more pressing problem. Gylfi is to go to Norandor
and strengthen the alliance between the two circles.
- Raza feels his allies deserting him.
Sunday, 28 Midwinter 204 LE

Forest:
- Morgase Esseni addresses the moot and imparts to her druids
much of what the inner circle has discussed. She speaks of dark
and trying times a head for the Order in general and the Noradon
Circle in particular.
- Without the sought for guidance from the Grand Druid, Morgase
must do what she thinks best. She urges a further recruitment
drive, and instructs the druids to seek out Malificent activity
and report it to her or Arvan.
- The moot breaks. Arvan flies east.
Zephday, 31 Midwinter 204 LE

Cross:
- After six days of uncharacteristic application, Nicos has masterd
the scrolls he stole from the House of Cinders.
- Now he looks toward the future. He agrees with Rio that the
elves will inevitably come looking for him, and he intends to
meet his destiny head on. But before that happens.... he always
had a hankering to open a bar.

of Qatathak:
- After nearly two months of torture Syrah and Warmi are brought
before Asmodeus himself.
- He is impressed by their resistance to the Kocrachons and offers
them their freedom if they face Chargomel in battle.
Sharday, 33 Midwinter 204 LE
Iourn > Northern World > Urova > Underdark > Domain
of Qatathak:
- Syrah and Warmi are forced to battled the horned devil, Chargomel,
to the death.
- They manage to slay the monster and, true to his word, Asmodeus
releases them.
- However, the pair realise that they must return to find out
what Asmodeus is doing and put a stop to it.
- The two return to his domain.

of Qatathak:
- Warmi and Syrah flee Asmodeus's realm with information about
his plans for Orcus and Nina Cross.
- They are pursued by the Wolves of Asmodeus.
- The pair begin a dark and dangerous odyssey through unexplored
parts of the Underdark.
Morday, 42 Midwinter 204 LE

> Ashardon:
- Arvan arrives at Ashardon and consults with Dralcarnus concerning
the evil keep in the Úngorn.
- Dralcarnus has heard of the keep but, miraculously, it was ancient
when he was an infant.
- Dralcarnus says that the keep was one of the great portals to
Barathrum that was sealed during the Cataclysm.
- When pressed, Dralcarnus says that Barathrum was an ancient
place of infinite evil. He does not know how it equates with the
modern-day Great Dark. The Cataclysm was an event that happened
after the end of the Dragon Wars. He doesn't know the specifics,
but one of its effect was to seal all the portals to Barathrum.
- Apparently there used to be a great deal of them.

- Arvan arrives on the edge of the Wraith Haunt.
- He intends to head within and investigate the lair of Sarakite,
and enters on foot.
