Sorostrae. Land of Sorrows. Land of Magic. The very name induces feelings of awe and trepidation in some, and horror and revulsion in others. When the Chosen of Narramac come to Arcanus they seek an audience with the Chapel Sinister, but without the Firewalker to grease their path can they reach the mysterious Frey Emilio Bocenegra? If they don't find him soon it may be too late, for there is an assassin on the streets of Arcanus slowly working her way through the high-ups of the Arcanum Incognita. Could Bocenega be next? But this is Sorostrae: deception and lies are food and drink here. Can our heroes trust the familiar faces that reappear without notice, and is one of them secretly working for the Enemy? There are worse things than assassins stalking the land. Karatath's arm is long indeed, and his servants have long been haunting the corridors of powe foe yearsr. Yet Bocenegra reveals there is more at stake here than an alliance with the church or even his own life. The fate of the all magic is imperilled. The Chosen come to the end of one quest, to be groomed for another. Presented over six sessions.
