The Chosen have completed the first step on a long journey; the Saldarím are on side and they have learned further chilling secrets about their world. Attempting to keep Raza's urgent appointment in Genbasson, our heroes employ powerful magic to teleport the great distance. However, nothing is ever easy as a diversion into the Astral Plane reveals a menace to Iourn as great as Karatath. The laws of reality are being rewritten for selfish gain. Can the Chosen of Narramac escape their prison and prevail over an unknown and untried enemy, while all the time they are pursued by a dark and malevolent hunter known only as Faust?
