Who's Who?

Zeinshen, Nushen: One of the four fathers of the Twisted Way tried. He has been augmented by one of the four jade pendants belonging to Mao Sei Ben and was one of the assailants who killed the west coast evidence response team on 13 December 2000. He was killed by a stinger missile fired by Jane Munroe on 19 December 2000. This was not overkill.

Zenbuki (Madame): Japanese contact of Alan Cummings who runs a Geisha House (i.e. brothel) in San Francisco. Madame Zenbuki helped Cummings with information pertaining to case 0008-GCF, and she aided the mid-west team on 17 December 2000. She has some connection to the San Francisco Yakuza.

Zimmerman, Michael (Special Agent): FBI agent and member of Delta Omega Tao. On 22 January 2001 he was recalled to Langley, Virginia for his own protection after Alex Drake discovered that the Joker was was only targeting agents who were members of D.O.T.

Zocci, Emmanuelle (Doctor): The commander-in-chief of NTOPFOR and Huntingdon-Price's direct boss. Zocci is based somewhere in Europe.
