Who's Who?

Quail, Richard: Agent in the employ of Michael Levin who infiltrated the Westwood Charity during at some point before November 2000. He was possessed by a brain bug and became the effective leader of the 'cult' that was based there. Artemis Black engaged the possessed Quail in combat using the strange stiletto given to the agents by Mike. Although he wounded Quail, he eventually escaped. Quail had covered himself in a strange protective cocoon and seemed to be able to snap the tendons in Jane's leg. He escaped on this occasion and headed to the Twin Valley Farm outside Wichita, Kansas. At this stage Quail was carrying a queen brain bug inside him. This creature set up home in the attic of the farmstead and consumed Quail from the inside-out, killing him. The queen was eventually killed by the mid-west team who were acting on a tip-off from Levin. See case 0017-GCF.
