O'Brien, Sean: Chemist working
on ultra-fast chain reactions, who has been based at Dynamicorp's
Think Tank in Winterset since November 2000 and is on the verge
of returning to Tulsa. A member of the second materials team. See
case TL348.
O'Connell,
Elsie: Grandmother of Todd O'Connell and Bridget Seasons.
She married a man from Winterset.
O'Connell,
Todd: An astute psychologist and zealous disciple of Artemis
Black. Todd's first assignment out of Quantico was Eric Vitrano's
team investigating the Apache Joe killings (S73)
in August 2000. A place was made available in the team after the
death of previous agent Julie Lyons who was killed when the group
acted as strategic back-up in a bank siege. Shunned by is fellow
agents and never made to feel one of the team Todd spent some time
in New York where he considered interning with victim support. It
was here he met and had a one night stand with Danielle Munroe.
The pair parted amicably, but after Dani found out who Todd was
she asked him to keep an eye on her sister, Jane, as she was bound
to need his help. Todd was sent to baby-sit Jane Munroe during her
trip to Texas to comfort the Faber family in November 2000. He soon
developed strong feelings for Jane, that caused him no end of grief
as it was also about this time he discovered Danielle was pregnant.
Although a blabbermouth and an excellent source of information for
Jane on Apache Joe, Todd kept this information to himself. He agonised
over how to tell Jane and met secretly with Danielle to discuss
the situation. Todd and Danielle were not in love and had no intention
of settling down, but Todd wanted to help Dani with the baby. Unfortunately,
Todd's work was going as badly as his personal life. Todd found
out too much about Vitrano's secret investigation and would have
been killed had be not been saved by Jane on 13 December 2000. He
enjoyed a few weeks under the protection of Jane (who was the temporary
head of the mid-west team at the time), a period during which his
crush became blatantly obvious to everyone apart from Jane. Todd
was inadvertently indoctrinated into the work of evidence response
during the whole Nathan Harlow/Time
Travel malarkey. This saw the creation of a new, gung-ho, version
of Todd that was hitherto unthinkable. Todd's DNA is not quite right.
His grandmother comes from Winterset raising speculation that the
nature of the town could have something to with the dalliance of
angels. It would also explain why Todd wasn't effected by the changing
timelines. On 19 December 2000 Todd was permanently assigned to
the west coast team. He participated in the downfall of Apache Joe
on New Year's Day 2001 and also helped rescue Jane and the mid-west
team from brain bugs a week later. On 17 January Jane finally found
out about Todd, Dani and the baby. Although Jane has accepted this,
it also seems to have banished any thoughts of her and Todd being
together from Jane's mind. Todd has not dealt with this very well,
and the burgeoniong romance between Jane and Michael Levin even
less well. He is looking forward to being a father, however. Todd
was killed on 20 June 2001 by brain-bug possessed members of the
DoA. He was subsequently returned to life when Jane struck a deal
with Satan, and helped to deliver his daughter the following day.
O'Connell-Munroe, Jane: Daughter
of Todd O'Connell and Danni Munroe. Born on 21 June 2001, and weighing
8 lbs 9 ozs.
O'Thewl, Stuart: Security guard
who worked nights at the Twin Valley Farm just outside Wichita,
Kansas. O'Thewl was examined by Jane Munroe on 10 January 2001 for
evidence of brain bug impregnation but was found to be clean.
O'Toole, Christian (Staff Sergeant):
Mid-west evidence response team's contact at MacConnell's Airforce
Base on case WK001 (USAF duplicate
uniforms).
Oaxaca, Alberto: Father of Benedict
Oaxaca. Passed away in July 2000 in San Francisco after a long illness.
Oaxaca,
Benedict Roberto (Senior Special Agent): Afro-Mexican FBI
agent who had been stationed in Mexico City for twelve years before
joining the mid-west evidence response team on 30 November 2000.
Oaxaca is highly decorated and has had considerable experience in
battling South American drug barons, racketeers and people-smugglers.
During the course of his work Benedict came face-to-face with several
supernatural occurrences that led to several investigations into
his psychological fitness for duty. After returning to the United
States to care for his dying father in 1999, Benedict lost his position
in Mexico. He volunteered to work with the evidence response teams
and was utterly unfazed by the various supernatural events he witnessed
was remarked upon. During his escape form the erupting volcano of
Kahoolawe, Benedict badly burned his right foot and was hospitalised.
He discharged himself soon after to participate in case CS1473-IND
where he was exposed to an unknown green, rice-shaped mineral, kidnapped
by rogue Ukrainian soldiers and survived two car crashes. The "green
rice" seemed to augment Benedict physically and interlectually,
at the expense of his sanity, it has also made him a non-secretor
like Apache Joe. On 14 December 2000, Benedict learned that friend
and colleague Owen Sawell had been found dead. See also: Benedict
Oaxaca Casefile.
Oaxaca, Bernadette "Bernie":
Identity assumed by Ben Oaxaca in one of the many versions of 5
June 2001 he lived through at the hands of the Sil.
Obsidian: Artemis Black's codename
in MK Ultra.
Ogiel: Fallen angel also known
as The Hinderer. He is associated with the sin of envy. Now that
Samael has returned, Ogiel will probably be forced to ally with
his former master.
Old Nev: Freelance trucker who
often transports beef between Texas and Ontario in Canada. On 10
April 2001, Nev gave Josephine McKenna a lift from Dallas to Wichita,
not knowing the girl was possessed by the spirit of Veronica Cunningham.
See case DL1034.
Oliver (Police Officer): Member
of the Pasadena police force sent to help the mid-west evidence
response team in their search of warehouses in the dock area on
12 October 2000. Entered the Coffee 4 Texas warehouse with Special
Agent Jane Munroe and engaged in a gun fight by members of Jesus
Martinez's drugs gang. He survived.
Oliver, Don (Deputy): Deputy at
the Estelle County Sheriff's Department. Encounted by agents Munroe
and Drake on 15 May 2001.
Opal: Codename of one of the four
leaders of MK Ultra. He met with Artemis Black in a facility in
the Colorado Mountains on 13 June 2001. Opal is an arrogant Texan.
