Entered the Coffee 4 Texas warehouse with Special Agent Jane Munroe and engaged in a gun fight by members of Jesus Martinez's drugs gang. He survived.

Ibreak, Arnold (Special Agent): Second victim of the latest Joker killings. Murdered by the Joker on 8 October 2000. Ibreak was crushed in a car crusher in New York. The corresponding playing card, sent to the mid-west evidence response team was the 10 of Hearts, crumpled and crushed.

Iesis: Name of the flagship of the Signai fleet that was fleeing the Shaggai (brain bugs). Iesis featured heavily in the prophecies of Horus-Ra.

Israfael (Archangel): The Archangel of Beginnings, associated with the virtue of prudence. As of 20 June 2001, Samael is on the loose. Israfael will face him with the other active archangels, but is probably doomed to failure.
