In Brightstar, Arkansas a parking lot was raided and three cars set on fire. The damaged cars were: a sports utility vehicle (attached to FBI security division), an FBI-modified sedan (belonging to the counter-terrorism unit) and a Ford people-carrier (belonging to a member of the public). This case was officially passed to evidence response on 13 November 2000, although preliminary investigations were made by Elise Steiger on 8 November. She discovered the SUV contained materials beyond her security clearance and belonged to an unnamed VIP. Other documents in the sedan were destroyed. Contact: Special Agent Gustav Lishmann, Littlerock, Arkansas.
