A collaborative operation involving the Intelligence Programme, Security Division and Counter-Terrorism Unit. These agencies lead a proactive search for foreign intelligence assets on United States soil. The north-east evidence response team were originally assigned as beaters to flush out the bad-guys by being obvious (but not too obvious) in their investigations.
