The following document was obtained from the genealogist Chris Walcott on 11 November 2000 in connection with the Apache Joe case (S73). Little was thought to be out of the ordinary with the tree until after the death of Elise Steiger on 29 November 2000. After Artemis Black broke the news of Elise's death to her family, he noticed that Elise's grandfather didn't seem very upset by the news - in fact he felt relieved. A close examination of the family tree reveals that only the male child ever survives, and that child is always called Richard or Robert. Is something rotten in the state of Steiger? Only apathy is going to stop the mid-west evidence response team from finding out.
