Appearance: Tall, thin and "geeky". Bradley has a gaunt appearance that makes him appear older than he really is. He bears an uncanny likeness to Matt Frewer.

Background Information

Education: Bradley holds two PhDs one in Biochemistry (his thesis was on Neuro Toxins) and the other in Astrophysics (where his thesis was on the search for solar/ planetary systems that could possibly sustain life).

Affiliations: Special agent in the FBI. Bradley is also a member of SETI.

Family History: Bradley's father is Professor Charles Ecks, who is the Professor of Genetics at Boston University. His mother is Dr. Elizabeth Ecks (maiden name Wye), a lecturer in Physics at Boston University. Bradley has one sister, Sarah Ecks, a well known artist in the Boston area. Sarah is the black sheep in the family as she has never been academic and last year gave birth to triplets (Xena, Xander and Xavier) by an unknown father.

Bradley's grandfather Robert Ecks was the Chief Surgeon at the Boston General Hospital until his retirement in 1988, he still lives in the Boston area with his wife of sixty years Ethel.

Bradley's only uncle Ignacious Ecks is an accountant, married to Rosetta Ecks and with one son Zed Ecks (a founding member of a popular Boston heavy metal band - the Harpies)

Work History: Bradley has spent the last three years in the counter-terrorism unit of the FBI, mostly in the labs and occasionally in the field diffusing bombs.

12 December 2000

Assigned to the midwest evidence response team and sent to Dallas, Texas to be broken in by Senior Special Agent Joshua Blackthorne. He witnessed Blackthorne's public petrification (Case DL1034), Jane's reaction and helped to cover up these supernatural events. After these events, Bradley is later sent to New York for psyche evaluation with Doctor Royston Devries of the east coast team.

13 December 2000

Sent to Vermont to observe fishing community of St. Martins as part of case 0021-GCF.

14 December 2000

Encounters the Joker for the first time.

16 December 2000

Travels back in time to kill Nathan Harlow and save the lives of Henry Devries, Jane Munroe and Jack Burchill who all perished in a bizarre alternative timeline of Harlow's making.

17 December 2000

Booked himself a baptism, just to be on the safe side.

19 December 2000

Kills the geomancer Mao Sei Ben. In the evidence response reshuffle, Bradley is promoted to senior special agent and moves to a new position as second in command of the west coast team.

24-25 December 2000

Attends the evidence response Christmas party at the west coast headquarters in Beverley Hills.
