This is a website for Marc Brown's Call of Cthulhu / Delta Green role-playing campaigns that have been run periodically since October 2003. The game is running on Tuesday evenings until December 2006. I can claim no responsibility for the devious nature of the plots, nor the mean-spirited scrapes the players find themselves in for this is not my game. I am a player, but one with an insatiable need to record, correlate and disseminate.

The information on this site comes from my own personal need to make sense of what the hell is going on. As if the large cast of characters, numerous unfollowed leads and simultaneous investigation of several cases was not enough, Marc is now running three parallel campaigns. In addition to the original adventures of the mid-west team, Marc now also runs a separate campaign for the north-east team and an irregular series of games for the north-west team. Obviously, something that happens in one campaign can affect the other two. Makes you want to throttle him, doesn't it?

Hopefully, the information here is clear, concise and above all edifying. It isn't really designed for anyone outside the gaming groups, but if you're such a person and you have wandered in then please make yourself at home. Navigate by using the menu to your left, or the sitemap page.

The information on the site is divided into several sections:

Campaign Background
This is an overview of the setting itself. It discusses the remit and resources of the evidence response teams, as well as the hierachy within each team. Generic information that is not specifically related to dates, cases or people can be found here.

Session Synopses
A detailed account of each session played during the campaign. Currently only sessions for the mid-west campaign are featured, but I hope to expand this soon.

Timeline of Events
A chronological list of all events that have taken place since the campaign began on 26 September 2000. Again there is a significant bias to the activities of the mid-west team, but I'm working to fill in the gaps. The timeline gives only the briefest overview of what happened when. It links back to more extensive accounts elsewhere on the site.

Outstanding Cases
A very brief summary of cases on the books of the mid-west evidence response team that the agents have not quite got around to starting yet. It must be all the time they spend in hospital.

Case Summaries
A brief synopsis of each case investigated by the agents. This is where theories and summaries of "what was really going on" can be found. Summaries for cases that are still in progress are listed but may obviously be changed.

Who's Who?
A complete list of every player and non-player character in the campaign listed by surname. There are an extremely large number of entries in this list, so it is subdivided by letter of the alphabet.

Evidence Locker
This is where you can find information on all the 'goodies' the mid-west evidence response team has been given, have stolen or are currently keeping for evidence. Many of these items are loose ends that need chasing up.

Special Agents
This is a record of all the special agents that work for the mid-west evidence response team. These are the PC backgrounds that flesh out the back story of the characters before they joined evidence response. This section also chronicles the personal highlights of each agent since joining the team.

One last thing: as this isn't my own role-playing campaign I do not have a comprehensive understanding of the setting, and haven't a clue what direction the plot is heading. This site is probably replete with mistakes and misspellings. Please feel obligued to point out any that you find and I'll correct them. Also I feel beholden to point out that this site is not all my own work. I've used Malcolm's notes on several occassions (particularly on the Apache Joe case). And of course, I suppose I should thank Marc without whose devious imagination none of this would be possible.
